Selling domain names is a fun task. You can turn a small $1 hand registration into a large six figure sale.
Here are some tips I use:
1. Always list your domains at Sedo, Godaddy and collect leads via the website page
2. Try to get offers first. You never know what somebody may offer.
3. Focus on shorter domain names for liquidity. I like 5 letter domain names or less.
4. Consider parking or mini sites to earn income until a sale comes along.
5. BIN domains sell quicker than "Make offer" listings. Sedo recommends them because it leads closer to a sale.
6. Think ROI and cash flow. Focusing on sales may leave you cash strapped.
